Where do you start?

Whether you are organising a party to follow a Product Launch, Exhibition or anything else there are a vast number of factors to take into account. Firstly there is the location, do you opt for a hotel, a conference venue, a marquee or maybe even onsite at your company offices. Having decided on this - there is the entertainment and catering to take care of.

Depending upon your party theme there are so many different options available to choose from. You could decide for a simple but formal "Black Tie" dinner party or maybe a more ambitious themed night, be it based upon "Movie Stars", "Gangsta's and Dolls", "James Bond" - the list really is as long as your imagination.

Add into the mix all the optional extras that you may want to consider - Fun Casinos, Bar-Fly Running, Fireworks, Disco and it soon beings to be clear what a lot of work is mounting up. Add to this the catering requirements and it very soon becomes easy to see why leaving the organisation to someone else is a good thing.

We can also provide much more than a simple disco. If you are hosting a larger event, we can scale the disco up to meet your event requirements. We even offer a "Mobile Nightclub" package as well, this "Ultimate Roadshow" caters for larger events where more sound reinforcement and lighting is required. It can include lasers, strobe lighting and smoke machines - all mounted on a rig that surrounds the dance floor for that ultimate clubbing experience.

Christmas Parties

The Staff Christmas Party. This is the one that everyone dreads to be told they are organising. Everyone has memories of years gone by. You need to avoid the things that people didn't like while always providing something that out-shines the last years event. An almost impossible ask. Adding onto it the new budget constraints.

Some companies prefer to have venue hired out exclusively for themselves whilst others like to join in with others in the ever growing "Joiner Parties" where many different parties are all hosted at a central venue. These types of parties lend themselves very well to smaller companies or a departmental party where numbers are not very high but a big atmosphere is still required. They normally come with a sit down meal and disco as standard and sometimes feature other entertainment as well or themes.
